St Luke’s presents Day Zero plans
The Department of Health invited St Luke’s Combined Hospices to present its Day Zero plans at the high profile Public Private Health Forum meeting on 23 Feb dedicated to a ‘Collective Approach to Water Resilience’. At the meeting various stakeholders could input on how best to build a ‘whole community’ response to the ongoing water crisis and potential Day Zero. St Luke’s was specifically invited to showcase its Day Zero plans which is an example of a bottom-up approach of an organisation tapping into community resources in order to face the limitations with limited government input.
