Life at Norfolk Place
Norfolk Place is a 44-apartment retirement centre located in the gardens of St Luke’s Combined Hospices Kenilworth. Norfolk Place was developed in 2000 by St Luke’s to raise funds to finance the ongoing work of the St Luke’s community and to maximise the use of our existing property for the benefit of elderly and retired people.
Norfolk Place offers an independent lifestyle which encourages residents to continue their interests and activities from a smaller home base. It provides a secure and affordable way of spending ones retirement years within a caring and supportive community of staff and fellow residents.
To qualify for an apartment you will need to be at least 65 years of age. However if you reside with a spouse or partner they may be younger than 65 years when you apply. Norfolk Place is a modern lifestyle retirement development, and it is important that new residents are well enough to be able to manage their homes and live independently. In this way you can ensure that you are able to benefit from and contribute to the lifestyle offered.
If you are interested in becoming part of our caring and supportive community at Norfolk Place then please contact Tessa Scheppening at firstname.lastname@example.org or 083 270 6668 for more information.
