STAFF NOTICE – 2020/01/003


We require the services of a HR Administrator who will be responsible for providing HR Administrative support to the People Services Department.


  • Matric plus a post matric qualification in HR
  • Two or more year’s related training and/or experience in a similar
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Competence will be assessed)
  • Speak a minimum of 2 of the official languages of the Western


  • Providing administrative support to the People Services
  • Prepare and action employee related information onto the payroll system within the specified
  • Collect, compile, consolidate and maintain all documentation related to employees onto the relevant systems within the specified
  • Maintain office supply inventory, order supplies as necessary and monitor use
  • Accurately arrange and schedule meetings and appointments, and maintains diary items for department
  • Keep organisational policy and procedure manuals and documents
  • Document filing system maintained.
  • General correspondence typed, designed & proofread (confidential info handled) & Minute
  • Recruitment and Selection for entry level positions
  • Perform other duties, as and when so requested, in support of team goals


  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential
  • Skilled in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database (MS Word, Pastel, MS Excel, Payroll)
  • Knowledge related to use and operation of standard office
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports &
  • Strong ability and willingness to problem-
  • Demonstrated poise, tactfulness and diplomacy
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to speak clearly & coherently over the
  • Project management skills
  • Self-motivated/Self starter
  • Relationship building/partnering
  • Engaging diversity
