JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR (FINANCE)

Junior administrator is responsible for administration of Club 2000 database, establishing and conducting initiatives to increase and fill membership of clubs, conduct monthly draws and assist with various admin duties within the finance department.

ENTRY LEVEL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Matric
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in project/data base/finance administration
  • Experience in fundraising activities will be advantageous
  • Sound verbal and written communication
  • Proven project administrative ability
  • Demonstrated ability on CRM systems
  • Advanced computer literacy with experience in MS Office
  • Unendorsed driver’s licence

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Recommends database
  • Update database
  • Conduct monthly draws of Club 2000
  • Maintain and fill capacity of Club 2000
  • Monthly newsletter is compiled and sent to all
  • Monthly reports are compiled to analyse income and
  • Maintains quality
  • Perform other duties, as and when so requested, in support of team goals
